Product Enhancement Package
The CLARK ESX is equipped with the Product Enhancement Package (PEP) which increases operational efficiency. The two-way fork leveling feature allows for fork leveling both backwards and forwards, reducing broken pallets or bent racks. The PEP also allows a full forward tilt when forks are lowered, allowing for broken pallet pickup. The faster tilt speeds with the PEP allow for faster cycle times when forks are lowered. And, the PEP limits the speed of the forklift when the forks are elevated to promote safer operation when dealing with high loads. All of this translates to more maneuverability, and improved efficiency in your operation.
Electro-Hydraulic Fully Proportional Valve
The ESX comes equipped with an electro-hydraulic fully proportional valve, which has a pump motor speed that ramps to match hydraulic requirements. There is no mechanical linkage, which means there is no wear over time. This valve allows for less battery use and no overheating, increasing the ease of operation and allowing for faster cycle times. The valve is easily accessible and highly serviceable.
True Multifunction Control
The CLARK-designed control handle has a 3-function design, allowing for simultaneous operation of (1) travel, (2) lift or lower, and (3) one other hydraulic function. The integrated mini thumb-stick controls tilt and side-shift as well as one auxiliary function. The mini thumb-stick can also activate the two-way fork leveling with the Product Enhancement Package. The control handle has a “custom fit” feel that is molded to fit a wide range of hand sizes for improved ergonomics and reduced operator fatigue.
Enclosed Electromagnetic Brakes
The enclosed electromagnetic bakes on the ESX have no master cylinder, no seals, and no hydraulic fluids, which means you will never have leaks on your brakes. The ESX has an anti-rollback and ramp hold feature built into the truck, allowing for increased safety for operators and pedestrians. The brakes are easy to service and can be readily repaired by your local CLARK dealer as needed.
Fully Adjustable/Programmable Operation
The ESX can be completely customized to the operator’s preference, with customizable acceleration rate, deceleration rate, and separate forward and reverse max speeds. Whatever your application calls for, the ESX can be customized to best fit your operational needs.
