Lexington, KY-December 3, 2009– CLARK Material Handling Company today announced it has appointed G&W Equipment as an authorized distributor of CLARK products in the Greenville, South Carolina and Augusta, Georgia markets. G&W is a full service material handling Dealer, featuring full sales and service departments, a rental fleet, an aftermarket parts department as well as a full offering of allied products.

President Michael Sabbagh stated that G & W Equipment will base its South Carolina operations out of the current Piedmont Forklift facility in Greenville and use it to grow the combined business. The Greenville, SC facility will operate under the name of G&W Piedmont Forklift. Jeff Bradley is the new Branch Manager. All employees of Piedmont Forklift will transfer to G & W Piedmont Forklift.
