Appointment yields 30 years of aftermarket material handling experience
Lexington, KY – June 27, 2012 CLARK Material Handing Company has announced the appointment of Ric Nelson as Aftermarket Sales Manager . His responsibilities will include working closely with dealers, regional sales managers, the CLARK aftermarket parts team and end users in growing the CLARK and Totalift aftermarket business.
“Ric Nelson will be an excellent addition to our already outstanding sales team, and his previous experience will ensure an immediate impact,” stated Bo Maslanyk, Vice President Sales and Marketing. “ Our growth in both trucks and parts has been tremendous the last several years and Ric is a great addition!”
Ric has over thirty years of prior forklift sales experience in the material handling industry where he has been recognized with several achievement awards for excellence.
Ric started as a service technician and then moved into the parts area, first in taking care of 52 technicians in forklift and power generation. He then joined another forklift company and held various sales and management positions, including parts development manager, branch manager, service manager, parts manager, and product support manager. He also has extensive experience in fleet management.
Ric, his wife Lisa, 11 year old daughter, Cassidy and 8 year old son J.T. we be relocating to Lexington, KY
